Our Service:
After 2″ (5 cm.) of snow has accumulated, or the storm is over, we will clear your driveway and pile the snow on your curb within 24 hours. Snow will be cleared once after the snow has ended, and for accumulations over 2″ (5 cm.) we will come by again to clear the snow. NO WORRIES, WE WILL TAKE CARE OF IT! Service will be provided from the first storm to the last storm in each season (November 15th to April 15th).

Snowremovalcontracts.ca will not be responsible for scratches to driveway surfaces.

The Owner expressly waives the right to claim against Snowremovalcontracts.ca for, from and against any other claims and further agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Snowremovalcontracts.ca, its agents and employees from and against any claim for damages which are not caused by the negligence or breach of this Agreement by Snowremovalcontracts.ca.

 

Should the Owner default in any payment, and remain uncorrected for a period of (5) five business days from the date of notice, thereafter Snowremovalcontracts.ca without further notice to the Owner may stop work under this Agreement. Clear My Snow.com will be responsible for and shall restore at its expense all damage to the property of the Owner caused by Snowremovalcontracts.ca in the performance of snow clearing which damage was not reasonably foreseeable as a consequence of Snowremovalcontracts.ca’s performance of this Agreement. We maintain the right to decline your offer.

 

Contracts cancelled by the Owner prior to the start of service will be subject to a $50.00 administration fee and will  processed in the original form that the Owner provided payment.  If the Owner chooses to cancel the Contract after service has commenced, the Owner will receive a refund of the original cost minus the pro-rated cost of the total number of visits for snow removaland minus a $50.00 administration fee.
